Service Manger – Temporary Maternity Cover

A member of the management team who will have responsibility for the operational management of the schemes with the Team Leaders. The Service Manager can also be involved in the strategic management and development of the organisation. The temporary contract will run for up to 12 months.
37 hours per week.
Salary £30,851


Housing Support Worker - Direct Access (x2)

There are two vacant posts at Rowan House - the Direct access scheme.
Rowan House is staffed 24 hours as we will accept homeless women and children at any time. There is also a security guard working during the night. We provide temporary housing and support. This team also consists of a Child Support Worker. These posts require sleep-in cover for which a nightly allowance is paid.
37 hours per week.
Salary £19,126


Voluntary Board Member

Travel expenses paid.
We are interested in people who share our philosophy and passion to join Fairweather on the Board as a member of the strategic management team. We will be interested to hear what experience and expertise you can offer the charity. We are particularly interested in people who have development and fundraising expertise as the charity is wishing to develop and extend its funding options.
