When you join the staff team at Fairweather, we make a commitment to you.  We aim to provide the best training and development to all of our employees.

Each member of our team has monthly supervision meetings which incorporate performance management analysis and development plans.  The aim is to identify both short and long term development needs and also to guide you with your chosen goals. In addition, end of year appraisals review the performance period and plan objectives for the following year.

As an Investor in People, training is paramount to our success and this is provided through external courses, in-house facilitated workshops, distance learning such as Vision2Learn and professional qualifications based courses such as NVQ's which can be obtained with on the job training.
