Voluntary Board Members
Travel expenses are paid
We are recruiting Board members with the expertise, time and commitment to provide sound strategic guidance and leadership to develop and sustain the charity.
Both men and women are eligible to apply to become a Voluntary Board member.

Each member of our team has monthly supervision meetings which incorporate performance management analysis and development plans.
The aim is to identify both short and long term development needs relating to the organisation, and also to guide you with your chosen goals. In addition, end of year appraisals review the performance period and plan objectives for the following year.
Training staff is important to our success and this is provided through external courses, in-house facilitated workshops, distance learning such as Vision2Learn and professional qualifications based courses such as NVQ's which can be obtained with on the job training.
Individual and organisational teams support, encourage and challenge each other to develop and maintain excellent performance in line with organisational philosophy and objectives.
